Terms of service

Last updated October 28, 2026.

Services

I provide written assessments of how AI search engines describe and recommend your website, plus optional implementation work. Delivery times: Snapshot within 48 hours, Audit within 72 hours, Audit + Fixes within 7 days, counted from purchase and from receiving anything I need from you.

No ranking guarantees

AI engines change often and give varied answers. I report what I observe when I test and recommend fixes. I don't guarantee any placement, traffic or revenue.

Refunds and credits

Audit: a full refund if I don't find at least 10 fixes you can act on. Snapshot: a full refund if it isn't delivered within 48 hours, and its $49 is credited toward an audit if you upgrade within 14 days. Monthly tracking can be cancelled anytime and stops at the end of the paid period.

Your responsibilities

Only submit websites you own or are authorized to have reviewed. You decide whether to apply recommendations.

Liability

My total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in question.
